Xpress Money Secure v4.13

Xpress Money Secure application provides authentication and Transaction security for agents in Xpress Money Biz Portal. The application can only be used after activation. 

 

Requirements

To use the Xpress Money Secure app, you must be an authorized agent of Xpress Money with active user account in Xpress Money Biz Portal. The account must be enabled for multifactor authentication with registered mobile number to receive One Time Password (OTP) for activation.

 

Steps for Activation

1. Login to Xpress Money Biz Portal using your account.

2. Download Xpress Money Secure app on your mobile phone.

3. Enter the OTP code received on the registered mobile number in the relevant field provided on Xpress Money Biz Portal.

4. Scan the Cronto Image using your Xpress Money Secure app and enter the activation code obtained in the relevant field provided on Xpress Money Biz Portal and click proceed.

5. Scan the Second Cronto Image using Xpress Money Secure app.

6. Set a security pin for the Xpress Money Secure App.

7. Enter the activation code 2 obtained in the relevant field provided on Xpress Money Biz Portal and click Ok.

 

How it works

When you sign into Xpress Money Biz Portal at https://www.xpressmoney.biz/, you will be asked to enter user name and password. Upon successful authentication, you will be asked to scan the Cronto Image or enter a one-time password. If your phone has Internet connectivity you can scan the Cronto Image for login, otherwise you can generate the OTP on the App and enter the code manually.
