Overview :
We have previously gone on record as to why you should not be paying for a BlackBerry flashlight application. There is already a free FlashOn flashlight application from ShaoSoft but DavidB let me know that CompactByte also has a free flashlight app called Sam Fai.
The app simply has three options:
Increase your LCD screen brightness to the max
Turn on the BlackBerry LED notification light to a bright white
Turn on the camera flash for devices that have a camera flash
